Osteopathy
Osteopathic treatment is widely used to help aches and pains in muscles and joints. It is a traditional hands-on approach that has incorporated some of the insights of modern medicine to become an effective practice today. Osteopaths work to restore health within the individual.
Special Interest
Helen works as a general osteopath and is also experienced in working with sports injuries, dance injuries, hypermobility and patients with fatigue (ME/CFS). She is also trained as naturopath and is committed to finding Natural Health solutions.
